What is your design process?

1) Creative Request Form : Pre-Design // Submit the Creative Request Form so our concierge can reach out for your free clarity call/email, where we can further discuss your brand, goals, and target date(s). During the follow up, you will receive a custom proposal that describes the scope, pricing, and timelines.

2) Getting Started // Once you have accepted our proposal, you will pay your deposit of 50% to secure your project and reserve your dates on our calendar to be prepared for your launch date.

3) OnBoarding & Homework // You will have received your onboarding form that describes our procedures and the specifics of your project. The onboarding phase is also a time where you will submit any additional images or verbiage to create your content.


4) Design & Review // This is where all the magic happens! All of your images and information have been accepted and we begin on the design phase. We will keep you updated via email about the progress of your project.


5) Offboarding // Your project is complete and your final payment of 50% is due. Once payment is completed, we will schedule your offboarding follow-up.


What’s the project turnaround time?

 

Can I rush a project?

While completing the Creative Request Form, you will suggest an ideal start date and end date for your project. The actual start date that is agreed upon in the initial contract will be when the project starts. The general turnaround time is 10 business days for static graphics and 15 business days for video production. For more involved design projects, turnaround time can vary from 2-6 weeks; this will be described in the pre-design phase.


Although we don’t suggest rushing a project, we do offer a rushes upon request. Please Note: Rush fees are dependent upon the project. Please indicate you are in need of a rush on your creative request form, this will ensure we are providing complete information to you during the clarity call.


How many revisions will I receive?

Do you have a general price list?

Most Anomaly Creative projects comes with two free revisions, however this is dependent upon the design as well as the agreed upon design time frame. Any revision discussions are formal reviews and must come with clear feedback and direction for any additional design rework. Your feedback is requested to come back as soon as possible to ensure we can meet all deadlines and design dates moving forward. Additional design reviews can be purchased for $75 per revision.


 

Clients are paying for final files, a finished design, which will be transferred to you upon the completion of your project. As a Client, you are paying for a finished work product. It is like an ingredient in a meal: you are paying for the final goods, not the recipe. Plus - design files are only useful if you have the proper design software to be able to edit them.

Workable files can be purchased from Anomaly Creative at a price upon the completion of your project. Let us know at your earliest convenience if you desire to purchase workable files. These are only useful if you have a full time designer or team member who has a working knowledge of design software and you foresee future design work being done. When workable files are transferred, Anomaly Creative is not liable to fix them; an additional fee will apply to revise files.


 

We hope this this would NEVER be an issue but if you would like to cancel your project during the duration of the project, your initial payment will serve as a cancellation fee. There will also be a fee for any assets created or a prorated fee for the assets purchased up until the time of cancellation. Once notification of cancellation is submitted, all design work will stop. Please Note: Anomaly Creative has the right to terminate any contract in the instance that the client is uncooperative or unresponsive.
